In the historic neighborhood of Washington Park in central Denver, new homes live beside original bungalows built in the 1920’s. This particular home was finished in 2014, and for the new owners, the size and proximity to city life was ideal. 

What was missing were those custom details that make a home beautiful — bespoke lighting and furniture, custom millwork, a dream chef's kitchen and beautiful wall coverings. What started as a typical “spec home” is now a charming, stylish abode that reflects the lives of the owners.
