Just south of Denver lies a neighborhood where charm lives next to charming and this home, originally owned by our client’s parents, fits right in. 

Updating the home where one grew up comes with its own unique set of challenges. There are preconceived notions of how rooms can be arranged and precious memories to maintain or honor in some way. When our client delivered the edict of, “Let’s add the finishing touches,” the fun began.
